Food is always fresh and good. The servers always have a smile for you!! Especially the employees who operate the take out windows!!!!!
Terrible service, would not fix drink machine even though 75% of their drinks were out of order or out of syrup. Wouldnt make tea at 8 at night. Told me 'well maybe you should try a juice instead' rather than fixi g the problem. The food was completely burnt and the employees were just sitting at the tables with their feet propped up instead of getting up to help paying customers. Worst fast food experience I've ever encountered.
Worst service at a Wendy's ever. I have been here twice, I like to give second chances. Both times, thumbs down, second time I left without ordering. My opinion, the staff needs to be friendlier and the place needs to be cleaned more often.
I ordered a medium frosty and it took 10 minutes to give it to me as I watched it sit in the window. The woman working the window never acknowledged me as she was refilling the cups I had to blow the horn just to get her attention then she still would not give it to me. Just sorry service
